Chan Yong Song

Yong Song was born in Singapore(1951)and belongs to the Guangdong Jieyang dialect group. An enthusiast art lover. He graduated in 1971 from Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts Faculty of Western Art Painting and currently a member of the executive committee of The Society of Chinese Artists(2018-2020). He perseveres in improving his painting skills by creating art pieces from both natural sceneries and historical landscapes. He specialises in oil painting, with a preference for realism, nude figure and portrait drawing to express his perspective and sentiment.
